To my 49er family: My heart was deeply saddened when I learned of the shooting at the university; this selfish and malicious person took the life of two courageous & wonderful students and injured four wonderful students. Although I live and work many miles away from the university, my heart hurts for the parents of the students, students, faculty members, and all who are connected to the university. Continue to stand strong, remember and honor the falling and injured students, trust in our God (Yahweh) and know He will give you strength to overcome all evilness in Jesus Christ.
Psalm 34:17-18
“The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”
