I have been struggling to find the right words since the tragedy; it is very hard to imagine that our beautiful, peaceful campus and institution experienced this horrible event. My prayers are with the families of those two young men who lost their lives, the wounded, the entire faculty, staff and students.

“Have we trials and temptations?
Is there trouble anywhere?
We should never be discouraged,
Take it to the Lord in prayer.
Can we find a friend so faithful
Who will all our sorrows share?
Jesus knows our every weakness,
Take it to the Lord in prayer.”
