My son attended UNC Charlotte for one year before transferring to a school back home. I loved that school and the campus. Still do. When I heard the news, my heart sank, because even though my son was not there, I still feel as if I am a part of “Niner Nation.” Never forget Reed and Riley and those who were injured that day. Stay vigilant and always be “Niner Nation Strong.”
